Project: Scrum coaching and implementation, Waterfall workshops. This project was about delivering 12 workshops on Scrum and Waterfall best practices followed by a phase of drafting and validating project management templates to standardise project management practices across the PMO activities. Team building and restructuring, defining needed roles, drafting and validating job descriptions as well as working on the company benefits and incentive to retain resources.
