Project: Scrum coaching and implementation, Waterfall workshops, Roadmap management. This project was around delivering 12 workshops on Scrum and Waterfall best practices followed by 3 months of coaching and implementation of Scrum practices in the development process as well as coaching the Top Management on how to build and manage roadmaps and budgets.
