Project: Building a full platform to manage and operate a clinical trial. This involves the development of multiple Web Applications and Mobile Applications with back office portals and multiple front office portals each for different types of users (or stakeholders). We followed a micro service architecture to serve API to different applications and modules. Throughout this project, we built a full Scrum Squad (team) that took the responsibility of developing many modules in the admin portal, and worked with additional squads and following the client standards and best practices.
